AVAILABILITY & ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY:

All 14k & 18k Gold Crystal Streets Jewelry items are made to order and may take up to 2-4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade process of our jewelry we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. 

After your payment has been processed and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your order. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. Please review your order immediately to make sure everything is correct and if there are any changes please email us immediately at info@crystalstreets.com

We truly appreciate your business. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday, 10am til 5pm PST.

CS Jewelry requires a direct signature for all orders shipped over $500 to ensure a secure delivery. If you wish to ship without a direct signature, CS Jewelry will not be responsible for any lost packages.

All of our shipping options are insured, and shipping rates vary according to the weight and insured value of items purchased.

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days (Monday thru Saturday)
FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days (Monday thru Friday)
Only available for orders under $1000.00)

  • FedEx 2nd Day Delivery: 2 business days (Monday thru Friday)
  • FedEx 3rd Day Delivery: 3 business days (Monday thru Friday)
  • FedEx Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (Monday thru Friday)


REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order.

Fine jewelry, custom orders, items mark made-to-order and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. 

In some cases we will allow exchanges at our discretion, feel free to contact info@crystalstreets.com to discuss your particular situation. 

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. 

CSJ guarantees all products we sell to be free from defect of workmanship. We will gladly replace any defective item.

 

REPAIRS

CSJ accepts repairs for up to 6 months after date of initial purchase. All repairs must be approved by CSJ prior to returning. For repair authorization please contact info@crystalstreets.com with a full description of your inquiry.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York State. The rate is 8.875%. If you are out of New York State you will not be charged tax.
