We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday, 10am til 5pm EST.

CS Jewelry requires a direct signature for all orders shipped over $500 to ensure a secure delivery. If you wish to ship without a direct signature, CS Jewelry will not be responsible for any lost packages.

All of our shipping options are insured, and shipping rates vary according to the weight and insured value of items purchased.

International shipping is available. Please email info@crystalstreets.com with inquiries.

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days (Monday thru Saturday)
FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days (Monday thru Friday)
Only available for orders under $1000.00)

  • FedEx 2nd Day Delivery: 2 business days (Monday thru Friday)
  • FedEx 3rd Day Delivery: 3 business days (Monday thru Friday)
  • FedEx Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (Monday thru Friday)


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on CrystalStreets.com may be returned for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order.

Returns and exchanges are granted only with approval and pre-authorization. Please contact info@crystalstreets.com to request a return authorization code please include all specifications and reason for return.

Refunds and exchanges are granted at the discretion of CS Jewelry. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way 
will not be accepted and returned to sender. 

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. 

Fine jewelry, custom orders, items mark made-to-order and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. 

CS Jewelry guarantees all products we sell to be free from defect of workmanship. We will gladly replace any defective item.

 

REPAIRS

CS Jewelry accepts repairs for up to 6 months after date of initial purchase. All repairs must be approved by CS Jewelry prior to returning. For repair authorization please contact info@crystalstreets.com with a full description of your inquiry.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York State. The rate is 8.875%. If you are out of New York State you will not be charged tax.

JEWELRY PRODUCT CARE

For best results, we recommend keeping your jewelry in the CS Jewelry pouch provided and avoid mixing gold and silver pieces.

 

JEWELRY CLEANING

Gold Plating: Soak in an all purpose jewelry cleaner for a few minutes. Remove, rinse under water and pat dry. Jewel Brite makes an all purpose jewelry cleaner that works well on gold plating.

Fine Jewelry: We can clean any jewelry purchased from CS Jewelry for a fee of $25 plus shipping. Please contact info@crystalstreets.com
