RETURNS & EXCHANGES
LYRALOVESTAR will accept items for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Returns and exchanges are granted only with approval and pre-authorization. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization code please include all specifications and reason for return. Refunds and exchanges are granted at the discretion of LLS.
LYRALOVESTAR guarantees all products we sell to be free from defect of workmanship. We will gladly replace any defective item.
LYRALOVESTAR accepts repairs for up to 6 months after date of initial purchase. All repairs must be approved by LLS prior to returning. For repair authorization please contact email@example.com with a full description of your inquiry.
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York State. The rate is 8.875%. If you are out of New York State you will not be charged tax.

For best results, we recommend keeping your jewelry in the LLS pouch provided and avoid mixing gold and silver pieces.
Gold Plating: Soak in an all purpose jewelry cleaner for a few minutes. Remove, rinse under water and pat dry.
Cleaner: Jewel Brite makes an all purpose jewelry cleaner that works well on gold plating.
