One word to describe the Amalfi Coast - LUXURIOUS. I had the opportunity to spend two weeks on the Amalfi Coast & Capri, Italy with my daughter Lyra and really explore the best of the best on the island. From the charming town of Positano, yachting around the magical caves of Capri days, the surreal sunsets, to the yummiest pasta ever!

With this new discovery of self - a spiritual journey of radical self-healing, self-acceptance self-awareness, and more importantly self-love, I realized I was ready to go deeper. My birth name “Crystal” is reflective of my healing gifts and my purpose. I wanted to learn the framework necessary to become an Energy Healer and use my own healing energy and crystals to serve others in their own healing journeys. In January, I completed an Integrative Energy Healing & Breathwork Training with my Healer/Teacher Millana Snow @MillanaSnow. Millana has played an essential role in my own healing journey. Through energy healing and breathwork she has helped me break generational curses and programming, open energy blocks, align my chakras, raise my vibration, and connect with my authentic self. This work has been so transformative that I felt called to do the training so that I could help others heal themselves.

Have you ever met someone and there was an instant connection? So I met a girl named Krista Williams at a dinner in Hollywood I was being honored. The first thing she said to me was “I want you to design my engagement ring.” I joyfully accepted and this was the beginning of an amazing journey - a work relationship that blossomed into a beautiful friendship. And then I met Justin who coincidentally (but not) I had already met before I met Krista. Talk about synergy. Can I tell you how much I love these two?! We’ve all sat on the couch and talked about life, manifesting, pink elephants (inside joke) and love. This two are the real deal. What I love the most about Justin is that he allows Krista to be exactly who she is and supports her growth.

In a lot of cases, unfortunately our families are the source of most of our subconscious programming, limiting beliefs and patterns that are not serving us. These can often get triggered when spending time with family. On top of that the stress of holiday travel can be a doozy. Black Tourmaline will take your negative anxious energy and turn it into positive energy with a lighter vibration. My vision for the SHE Circle was a safe place for my guests to come together and experience their own self-healing and discovery through some of my own daily practices and healing modalities such as breath-work and meditation. Tulsi Bagnoli of The Mindry led the most beautiful breath-work and guided meditation that literally set the tone for the circle. It allowed everyone to let their guards down and be open to the beautiful transformation happening. Once we were all in an open and vulnerable space we shared with each other something we wanted to let go and something we are looking to call in. This was so powerful and there were lots of tears, encouragement, and support for one another transpiring. Hearing all these stories made me realize one thing. Everyone has a story and is dealing with something. When we are able to share those things that once haunted us it takes away the power and allows others to relate and learn from our experiences. Because what we don't own, will own us.

Ovals have become more popular over the last couple of years. They are a great alternative to the round cut offering a larger face up appearance which gives more finger coverage. It’s also brilliant cut like the round so you get a good amount of sparkle. The ratio of a stone is the comparison of the length and width of the diamond. Length to width ratio is so crucial when choosing an oval as this will determine the actual shape of your oval - if it will be more spready or elongated. Clients tend to like the more elongated ovals because it gives more finger coverage.
